Habitat: humid, shaded forest environments, with well-drained, slightly acidic soils; often found in understorey layers; intolearnt to frost.
Ecology: aiding in soil stabilization; cover and contributes to the understorey diversity in its natural habitat.
Use: ornamental, decorative indoor or garden plant, tropical-themed landscapes or container planting.
BotanyFern; tree like; small to medium-sized; upright, symmetrical, compact growth.
Mature plants may develop a short trunk-like base, reaching up to 1 meter in height.
