IntroductionThe situation is that of workers and employees who feel they are going to be replaced soon. They are dispensable, especially when they are older and resisting transformations and renewments. The younger employees are often struggling to get an official position, to be respected and paid as fully accepted members of the company. But often they are only given a temporary place so that they can be expelled easily or replaced by better functioning workers.
This situation brings competition where no-one wants to share their knowledge out of fear they will be dispensable and replaced. The company starts losing its dynamic and renewment and becomes outdated.
MindSilent resistance, blocking actions.
Withdrawn, hiding.
