Habitat: up to 700 m altitude.
BotanyShrub or tree 5- 7m tall, usually a single trunk and a crown of
eaves at the top; leaflets 6-16, elliptic or obovate, base cuneate or rounded.
Inflorescence: terminal or axillary panicles, 30 to 60 cm long
Flowers: white; petals 5 to 6 mm long.
Fruit: yellow or reddish; round or ellipsoid; ± 12 mm long.
