Complaints: mastopathy, cysts in both breasts, dizziness, memory impairment, difficulty concentrating, depression, and headaches. MRI data revealed a demyelinating process and pathological lesions in the brain. The patient is married for the second time. She has two grown children from her first marriage, a son and a daughter. The patient says she's fixated on her relationship with her husband. She's jealous. She thinks about her family all the time: "We're very much in love! But I'm so dependent on my husband. I do everything for the family, but I'm not appreciated." She cries, explaining that they have no children together. A recent pregnancy ended in abortion because her husband doesn't really want a child. And her opinion isn't very important.
She's in poor health, with memory lapses. She can't remember the lock code she dials every day, and she experiences frequent dizziness, headaches, and even fainting. Analysis
