Cerium muriaticum

Case boy, 3, development problems.He has delayed speech, makes no eye contact, climbs on furniture, and does not respond to his name. He can't pronounce well, doesn't connect words together. He talks to himself occasionally. He is very restless, cannot sit still, occasional hard stools, runs up and down, runs around in circles, and is unable to stop. He has never been well since around 18 months (had eye contact then, joint attention). His state got worse since chicken pox one year ago.
He appears lost in his mind, in an unknown mental world. But he likes counting numbers and knows all the letters of the alphabet. he used to love singing and dancing (this is all gone since Carcinosinum cum cuprum 10M).He is outgoing, doesn't mind change.He listens to his father readily and if he forbids him something he comes to me and cries and asks for comfort.
His mother has a special bond with him since he was born. She is extremely concerned as she cannot recognise her child anymore.
He is easiest and nicest boy in the world. He is very affectionate when he feels well.
He likes cuddles by his mother and father, he is like a cat.His fine and gross motor skills are amazing, above average. He used to put things into his mouth but that stopped approximately 4 to 5 months ago. No intellectual disability, he learns using visual cues primarily, plays along side children. Used to wave bye bye prior to the Amniotic fluid, Carcinosinum cum cuprum 10M and Natrium muriaticum 2 weeks ago but has stopped now. Doesn't clap his hands doesn't wave just stares.
The pregnancy was planned, uneventful. His mother bled at 6 weeks and was upset by her mother that she was very close to. His mother was stressed as her mother in law had heart attack while she was 4 months pregnant. Then she got a carpal tunnel syndrome and got bad sciatica the last two months. She had bad heartburn so the gynecologist prescribed her Ranitidine through the pregnancy. She has high cholesterol and coronary artery disease genetically. Her B12 and iron went down during pregnancy. He was delivered via Caesarian section, breast fed for over a month. Her mother was very happy, they have a great bond.Weather: better when outside in open air.Sweat: around the neck upon falling asleep; he smells like flowers.
Sleep: struggles to fall asleep.
Desires: loves eating fruit and ice cream; not very thirsty; poor appetite.
He has brownish spots on his legs.AnalysisLanthanide: motor skills are amazing, above average; learns visual; precocious,
counting numbers, knows all the letters.
Stage 4: just stares; learns using visual cues; little eye contact.

Doesn't roar like an animal, that happens very seldom now. I can get his attention. Started answering my questions occasionally using one word. He is happy and smiles a lot. Still running around in circles occasionally but started playing again with toys. Laughs at me when I am kissing him, would kiss me back or push me away if he doesn't want kisses. Started pointing with his finger when he wants something. Was waking up a lot during the night and talking to himself. Likes being held. I can sit with him now and draw and he'll tell me what I've drawn( heart, circle ). Started counting again. Very talented with puzzles, puts them together quickly, doesn't get frustrated.
Sometimes would respond to his name.
I asked him once where do you wanna go, he answered: I wanna go too and just stopped. Couldn't believe my eyes and ears and started clapping and he stopped talking immediately. It's like he can communicate but he chooses not to.
In medical categories, I think he'll fall in Pervasive developmental disorder.
Also, puts his fingers in his mouth a lot, chews his hand and would salivate a lot.
Very soft stools now, some days would have 4-5 normal stools.
Repeats words like let's goo when watching a cartoon and would run up and down.
His quality of life went from 0 to 50.In the past he has been treted by another homeopath. His mental picture was significantly aggravated by Carcinosinum cum cuprum 10M, Amniotic fluid 10M and Natrium muriaticum 1M. He was taking Carcinosinum 200C every week and prior to that plenty other remedies in 200C potency. The homeopath gave him loads of remedies: Carcinosinum 200C, Calcium carbonicum 200C both repeated every week for half a year. She also gave him Lac maternum, Sanicula, Tuberculinum 200C (passed worms after it). Then gave him Carcinosinum and Calcium carbonicum 200C again every week.
